This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which "UniPage Eurasia" LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides refunds for our educational consulting services. By purchasing our Services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use, which govern your use of our Services.
1. General Refund Policy
"UniPage Eurasia" LLC is committed to client satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices. Our refund policy is designed to balance flexibility for clients with the protection of our consultants' time and expertise.
2. 14-Day Refund Period
Clients are entitled to a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase, provided that:
- No services have been rendered or commenced
- No consulting sessions have been scheduled or conducted
- No digital materials have been accessed or downloaded
- No work has begun on the client's application materials

3. Partial Refunds for Commenced Services
For service packages where work has already begun but is not yet complete, the following terms apply:
- A prorated refund may be granted for unused hours or uncompleted portions of the service
- A 10% administrative fee will be deducted to cover processing costs and initial consultation resources
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of services not yet delivered

4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Completed consulting sessions (One-to-One Case Reviews, strategy sessions, etc.)
- Digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded
- Services where deliverables have been provided to the client
- Express Processing surcharges once expedited work has commenced
- Forfeited sessions due to no-show or late cancellation (see Section 6)
5. Express Processing Surcharge
Service requests with a deadline of less than twenty-two (22) business days from the date of document submission are subject to an Express Processing surcharge of 50% of the standard service fee. This surcharge is non-refundable once the expedited work has commenced, regardless of the outcome or any subsequent cancellation request.
6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
For scheduled appointments (One-to-One Case Reviews, live sessions, consultations):
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance
- Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee
- Failure to attend a scheduled session ("No-Show") will result in forfeiture of the session fee or deduction of one (1) hour from the client's service package

7. Re-application Support for Admission Outcomes
"UniPage Eurasia" LLC does not guarantee admission to any university or program. However, for clients enrolled in the "Full Admissions Support" package for five (5) or more programs:
- If the client does not receive any admission offers, "UniPage Eurasia" LLC will provide complimentary re-application support for the following academic intake
- This benefit is contingent upon the client having followed all consultant recommendations and deadlines throughout the application process
- This re-application support constitutes the sole remedy for lack of admission results and does not entitle the client to a monetary refund
This re-application support does not apply to clients who fail to follow consultant guidance, miss deadlines, or provide incomplete or inaccurate information.
8. Third-Party Payments
"UniPage Eurasia" LLC does not collect, hold, or process payments for:
- University application fees
- Tuition payments or enrollment deposits
- Visa processing fees or government charges
- Any other institutional or governmental fees
All such payments are made by clients directly to the respective institutions or government bodies. "UniPage Eurasia" LLC is not responsible for any refunds or disputes related to third-party payments. Clients must contact the relevant institution directly for any refund requests related to these payments.
9. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Submit a written refund request to [email protected], including your full name, order number, date of purchase, services purchased, and reason for the refund request. Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within five (5) business days. Step 3: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method only.

Refunds are not granted based on the outcome of university admission decisions, visa applications, or scholarship awards. "UniPage Eurasia" LLC provides professional consulting and strategic support; the final decision-making power rests solely with the respective educational institutions and government bodies.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights, statutory refund rights, chargeback rights, or other protections that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
11. Disputes
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your financial institution, you agree to first contact our billing department at [email protected] to attempt a good-faith resolution. We commit to responding to all formal refund appeals within seven (7) business days.
If you are dissatisfied with our decision regarding your refund request, you may submit an appeal in writing to [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of receiving our decision. Please include any additional information or documentation that supports your appeal. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, as outlined in our Terms of Use.
