UNIPAGE STUDY is the trading name and website operated by "UniPage Eurasia" LLC.
2. Key Terms
- Website - https://unipage.study.
- Service - the consulting and mentoring service described on the Full Admissions Support page.
- Request - a client inquiry submitted through the website form, email, or another agreed communication channel.
- Applicant - the person for whom the service is provided. If the Applicant is a minor, the client must be a parent or legal representative where required by applicable law.
- Payment link - a RUB payment link or invoice issued after the service scope has been agreed.
3. Acceptance
The offer is accepted when the client pays the invoice or payment link issued by the Provider. Before payment, the client confirms that they have reviewed this offer, the payment terms, the refund policy, and the privacy policy.
No personal account is required. The client submits a request, the Provider reviews the initial information, confirms the service scope, and sends an invoice or payment link. The agreement is formed after payment is received or confirmed by the payment provider.
4. Service Scope
The Provider supplies consulting and mentoring support for applications to educational institutions abroad.
- profile review and goal setting;
- individual admissions strategy;
- program selection and shortlist coordination;
- review of requirements, deadlines, submission format, and document lists;
- guidance on CVs, motivation letters, recommendations, and other application materials;
- editing of client materials within the agreed scope;
- operational support with application submission and communication with institutions;
- status monitoring and forwarding of responses received from institutions.
The Provider is not a school or university, does not issue diplomas, does not make admissions, scholarship, or visa decisions, and does not provide licensed education programs unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Exclusions
The Provider's service fee does not include tuition fees, university application fees, enrollment deposits, visa fees, government fees, exams, translations, notarization, courier costs, insurance, housing, medical costs, or any other third-party payments. The client pays such costs directly to the relevant institution, authority, or supplier.
Visa filing, housing search, course selection after enrollment, opening a bank account abroad, credential recognition, and administrative registration are not included unless agreed separately in writing.
6. Price and Currency
The base price for clients paying in RUB is 110,700 RUB. The international reference price is 1,230 USD.
If the client requests an expanded scope, urgent processing, additional programs, or separate additional services, the final amount is fixed in the invoice, commercial proposal, or written communication before payment. Urgent processing may add 50% if less than 22 business days remain before the nearest deadline.
Payment is made as a 100% prepayment. RUB payments may be accepted by invoice, payment link, or payment form after the payment method is connected. Full card data is processed by the payment provider; the Provider does not store full card details. Cash payments, POS terminals, offline points of sale, and a physical cash register are not used.
7. Start and Timing
Work starts after payment confirmation, agreement on target programs or selection criteria, and receipt of the required initial information from the client. Full support usually takes at least 4 weeks and continues until the agreed submission or status-monitoring stage.
Timing depends on destination countries, universities, deadlines, the client's speed in providing documents, and institutional rules. If the client delays documents or confirmations, the service timeline is extended accordingly.
8. Deliverables
The deliverable is the agreed consulting and operational work: strategy, program list, deadline calendar, document recommendations, editing within the agreed scope, application support, and status monitoring.
Admission, scholarship, grant, visa, third-party refund, and banking decisions are made by independent organizations. These outcomes are not guaranteed by the Provider.
9. No Admission Guarantee
The Provider does not guarantee admission, an offer letter, scholarship, discount, visa, or any other third-party decision. Lack of an offer is not, by itself, a failure to provide the service and does not create an automatic right to a monetary refund.
10. Client Duties
- provide accurate information and documents;
- meet agreed deadlines and respond to Provider requests;
- make final decisions about programs and submissions;
- pay third-party costs directly;
- not submit fake documents or ask the Provider to violate university rules, visa rules, or law.
11. Refunds and Cancellation
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. A full refund may be available if payment has been made, work has not started, and the applicable refund period has not expired. If work has started, the Provider may retain the value of the work performed and costs incurred.
If payment was made through a payment provider, an approved refund is normally returned through the original payment method where possible. Bank and cross-border processing times may vary.
12. Personal Data
The client agrees to the processing of personal data needed to review the request, issue invoices, process payment, provide the service, and meet legal obligations. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
13. Claims and Disputes
The parties first seek to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. Claims may be sent to [email protected]. The Provider may request additional documents to review a claim.
This offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
